Buy Vio-Gems inventory in advance, earn a bonus on every settled purchase, and sell to customers through the official Coin Panel. Free to apply.
Policy v1.0 · Effective August 2026 · Read this in full before you sign — the acceptance below records this exact version against your account.
The one rule that governs everything else: Fuvio never issues unsecured inventory. Your payment settles first; your Vio-Gems become spendable second. Approval of your application activates your dealer badge and the Coin Panel — it does not add any Vio-Gems to your balance.
1. What a Coin Dealer is
A Fuvio Verified Coin Dealer is an independent reseller who buys Vio-Gems from Fuvio in advance and distributes them to customers through the official Coin Panel. You are not a Fuvio employee, agent, agency, BD Admin or salaried host, and dealer status gives no admin-panel access, no territory and no exclusivity.
2. Prepaid only — there is no credit
Vio-Gems become spendable only after Fuvio has verified that your payment has settled with the receiving bank, wallet, processor or chain. Fuvio does not provide due coins, postpaid inventory, credit lines, overdrafts or negative balances, and no employee, moderator, BD Admin, agency owner or regional representative can override that. A screenshot, an SMS or a promise in a chat is not settlement.
3. How you earn
You pay for base inventory and receive a tier bonus on top. If you resell at the reference value, that bonus is your gross margin. At a 15% tier, USD 100 buys 1,000,000 base Vio-Gems plus 150,000 bonus — a reference resale value of USD 115.
Gross margin is not net profit. Your payment-collection fees, taxes, refunds and operating costs come out of it, and Fuvio guarantees no salary, profit, customers, sales volume or return on inventory.

4. Bonus Vio-Gems are inventory, not cash
Bonus Vio-Gems are non-cash promotional inventory. They cannot be withdrawn, sold back to Fuvio or transferred to another dealer. They may only be distributed to genuine customers through the Coin Panel, and they can be frozen or clawed back where payment fraud, a chargeback or policy abuse is established.
5. Buying inventory
Every top-up is priced by a system-generated quote showing the quote ID, payment amount and currency, the applied rate, base and bonus Vio-Gems, provider fees, the expiry time and the approved receiving account. Arithmetic agreed in a chat is not authoritative. Pay only the account shown on your quote in the Coin Panel — never an account sent by private message, and never a moderator, BD or agency account claiming to collect for Fuvio. Each payment reference funds one top-up only; duplicated or altered references are rejected and flagged.
6. Selling to customers
Before taking payment, show the customer the Vio-Gems amount, the total price, the currency, any fee you are charging, the expected delivery time and your dealer identity or receipt number. Confirm the exact customer ID and amount before transferring. Deliver promptly — normally within five minutes of the customer’s payment clearing — and never accept an order you cannot fill from your current spendable balance. If you cannot deliver, refund the customer through the original method. Hidden charges, bait pricing and changing the price after receiving payment are prohibited.
7. Transfers are final and fully logged
Every transfer runs inside a locked database transaction that checks your status and balance together, records the balance before and after, and is protected against duplicate delivery on retry. High-value transfers may require re-authentication, and velocity, new-recipient and daily limits apply — your effective limit is the lowest of your balance, your tier limit and any risk limit in force. Transfers are final once delivered, except for a proven platform error or authorised fraud recovery. If you send to the wrong user ID, Fuvio will help but cannot promise a reversal.
8. Verification and your account
You must hold an account in good standing, a verified phone and email, a government identity document, and a payment account in your own name or your registered business’s. Keep that information current: a change of ownership, country or payment account may trigger re-verification, and expiry, long inactivity or an unresolved risk alert may pause top-ups and transfers. Dealer status is personal and cannot be rented, sold, shared or transferred, and your login and OTP are yours alone.
9. Prohibited activity
Fake, admin-generated, seed or stolen balances; manufactured transactions to reach a tier; self-gifting, circular gifting or related-account schemes; laundering through hosts, agencies, calls, albums or gifts; buying or selling accounts, passwords or OTPs; impersonating Fuvio staff; promising fixed income or investment returns; presenting bonus inventory as cash; unauthorised logos, domains or payment accounts; collecting a customer’s password, OTP or identity documents; exploiting a bug or continuing to transact after noticing a balance anomaly; splitting transactions to evade limits; reselling to an unapproved sub-dealer. An attempt is enough to freeze the account while evidence is reviewed.
10. Chargebacks and reversals
If a dealer payment is reversed, disputed or charged back, Fuvio may freeze the account and remaining inventory, cancel pending top-ups, claw back unused purchased and bonus Vio-Gems, suspend related withdrawals during investigation and terminate the dealer. Where inventory already distributed exceeds what can be recovered, you remain responsible for the shortfall your reversed payment created. That is recovery of a reversed purchase, not Fuvio extending you credit. New or higher-risk dealers may be limited to low-reversal payment methods.
11. Refunds
A pending, unpaid request can be cancelled. Settled inventory is refunded only where the law requires it, or where Fuvio confirms a system error and the inventory is still unused. Bonus inventory is never refundable as cash, and once inventory has been distributed ordinary change-of-mind refunds are not available.
12. Customer disputes and enforcement
Keep your delivery records. Fuvio reviews Coin Panel history when a customer disputes a purchase, and outcomes range from confirming delivery to a dealer-funded refund, a warning, transfer restrictions, an inventory freeze, badge removal, permanent termination or referral to the payment provider or authorities. Fuvio cannot verify cash or external payments without reliable evidence and is not automatically liable for a promise a dealer made on their own. You may submit one documented appeal through official support.
13. Changes, privacy and official communication
Fuvio may update rates, thresholds, limits, payment methods and risk controls. Material commercial changes normally come with reasonable notice and apply going forward; security, fraud and legal controls may take effect immediately. The policy version you accepted is stored against your dealer account. Verification, payment and transaction records are processed for onboarding, settlement, security, compliance and support, kept only as long as the law requires, and never exposed on your public profile. Authoritative instructions come from the Coin Panel, a verified Fuvio channel or an @fuvio.live address — a WhatsApp or Telegram message cannot change a quote, a receiving account or this policy, and Fuvio will never ask for your password or OTP. Report suspected impersonation to [email protected] before paying anything.
By applying for or using Coin Dealer status you confirm that you understand and accept this policy. Questions before you sign? Email [email protected] or use the verified contact form.
