Fuvio Business Development Partner Programme

A Fuvio Business Development Partner (“BD Partner”, “you”) recruits, onboards and supports live-streaming agencies across your approved territory. Fuvio operates worldwide — Asia is where we are strongest and where most territories open first, but the programme is open globally. You are the relationship owner: you find agency operators, guide them through Fuvio’s official application, help them recruit and retain hosts, and stay accountable for the health of that portfolio afterwards. You are engaged as an independent partner, not an employee, and this Agreement creates no employment relationship.

Your compensation is a performance-earned monthly fee, calculated from the verified paid-gift revenue generated by the agencies assigned to you, and capped at the ceiling approved for you. It is not a salary, it is not guaranteed, and it does not accrue if no eligible revenue is generated. There is no lifetime commission — you are paid for the months you actively manage a portfolio, and nothing continues after the partnership ends. There is no override on coin-seller recharges.

Your fee never comes out of a host’s earnings or an agency’s tier bonus. Host payouts and the agency 5–15% tier bonus are unchanged by your involvement and are funded separately by the platform.

Only paid Vio Gems spent on gifts to hosts inside an agency assigned to you, during the period that assignment is active. Explicitly excluded:

• gifts funded by free coins, promotional credit or admin-issued currency;
• revenue generated before your assignment started or after it ended;
• revenue from any agency not formally assigned to you;
• transactions later refunded, charged back or confirmed as fraudulent.

Assignment is never backdated. An agency that already existed brings no historical revenue with it — you are credited from the day it is assigned, forward.

Two routes, one approval funnel. You may issue an invitation link to a specific agency owner, or give an agency your partner code to enter on the public agency application. Either way the owner signs the Agency Partnership Agreement themselves and Fuvio Central Admin makes the final decision. A BD Partner cannot create, verify or activate an agency, and cannot approve their own referral. An agency may be assigned to only one BD Partner at a time.

Every closed month is frozen and enters a 30-day validation period before it can be paid. During that window, refunds, chargebacks and confirmed fraud are deducted as adjustments. Payment requires two separate Fuvio staff members — one to certify the amount and a different one to approve it. A settlement may be withheld pending investigation, and you will be told the reason category. Amounts already paid that are later traced to fraudulent or reversed transactions are recoverable.

You must not: guarantee earnings to any agency or host; recruit using misleading income claims; solicit hosts away from an agency you do not manage; fund or arrange gifting to inflate your own target; represent yourself as a Fuvio employee; or collect money, deposits or fees from an agency or host on Fuvio’s behalf. Self-gifting, coordinated gifting and any other manufactured volume is fraud, voids the affected revenue entirely and ends the partnership.

You see only what your role requires: your own portfolio’s aggregate performance and the agencies assigned to you. You will never be given payment instruments, full identity documents, another partner’s data or Fuvio’s fraud-detection thresholds. Agency and host information reaches you strictly for managing that relationship and may not be exported, resold or used for any other platform.

Either side may end this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Fuvio may suspend or end it immediately for a breach of Section 6. On ending, your agencies stay fully operational and simply become unassigned — nothing changes for them, their hosts or their earnings. You keep any settlement already certified for a closed month, subject to validation and clawback, and earn nothing on revenue generated after the end date.
