- Grooming, solicitation, or sexualization of a minor.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or endangerment of a minor.
- Arranging offline contact with a minor for sexual purposes.
- Promoting or facilitating any of the above.
3. How we prevent & detect
- Automated keyword/content filters on chat, profiles, and live streams.
- 24/7 human moderation reviewing reports and flagged content.
- Immediate account/room termination + device bans on detection.
- Evidence preserved to support investigations.
4. How to report CSAE
Anyone can report — no account needed:
- In-app: tap the menu on any profile, live stream, or message → Report → child-safety reason.
- Email: [email protected]
5. What we do with a report
- Remove content and suspend the account immediately.
- Preserve evidence.
- Report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC and/or local law enforcement as required by law.
- Cooperate fully with lawful investigations.
