End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Fuvio governing your use of the Fuvio mobile application ("App").
1. License Grant
Fuvio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on any device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.
2. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
- Remove proprietary notices or labels
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Use the App in any way that could damage Fuvio, our users, or third parties
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the App
3. Updates
Fuvio may release updates, patches, and new versions of the App at any time. Some updates may be required to continue using the App. By installing updates, you agree they are subject to this EULA.
4. Ownership
The App is licensed, not sold. Fuvio retains all right, title, and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights.
5. Apple App Store Specific Terms
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge:
- This EULA is between you and Fuvio only — Apple is NOT a party
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
- If the App fails to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for refund of the purchase price; Apple has no further warranty obligation
- Fuvio (not Apple) is responsible for product claims, including liability, consumer protection, and IP infringement
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you
6. Google Play Specific Terms
If you obtained the App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
7. Open Source
The App includes open-source components governed by their own licenses. View licenses in Settings → About → Open Source Licenses.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuvio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Termination
This EULA terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall the App.
11. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Disputes shall be resolved per our Terms of Service dispute resolution clause.
