Subscription & Billing Terms

These terms cover purchases of Vio-Gems, VIP/SVIP memberships, and any auto-renewing subscriptions in Fuvio.
1. Virtual currency (Vio-Gems)
- Vio-Gems are a virtual currency used inside Fuvio to send gifts, unlock features, and access paid rooms.
- Purchase rate: $1 = 10,000 Vio-Gems (bonus amounts may apply on larger packs).
- Vio-Gems have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable except via in-app features, and are non-refundable except as required by law or platform policy.
2. VIP / SVIP memberships
- VIP/SVIP unlock cosmetic and feature privileges for a fixed period (e.g., 30 days).
- Benefits end when the membership expires unless renewed.
3. Auto-renewing subscriptions
- If a plan is set to auto-renew, it renews at the end of each period and your payment method is charged unless you cancel beforehand.
- Manage or cancel auto-renewal anytime in your Google Play / App Store account subscription settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Payments & refunds
- Payments are processed by Google Play, the App Store, or other listed providers.
- Refunds follow the policy of the platform used for purchase and our Refund Policy.
- Prices may vary by region and are shown before purchase.
