We are sorry to see you go. Before you proceed, please understand what account deletion means.

What You Will Lose

  • βœ—Your profile, username, and all personal data will be permanently erased.
  • βœ—All Vio-Gems (purchased coins) in your wallet will be forfeited. They are non-refundable.
  • βœ—Your live stream history, posts, and moments will be deleted.
  • βœ—Your followers and following lists will be removed.
  • βœ—Any active VIP subscription benefits will immediately end.
  • βœ—If you are a host, pending earnings will be processed before deletion; please ensure your bank details are correct.

Option 1 β€” Delete via App (Recommended)

βš™οΈ Open App Settings

Launch the Fuvio app on your mobile device and tap your profile avatar in the bottom navigation.

πŸ‘€ Go to Account Settings

Tap the gear (βš™οΈ) icon in the top-right corner, then select "Account" from the settings menu.

πŸ—‘οΈ Find "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom of the Account settings page. Tap "Delete Account" (shown in red).

βœ… Confirm Deletion

Read the warning carefully. You will be asked to enter your password and confirm by typing "DELETE". Your account will be scheduled for deletion within 72 hours.

⚑ In-app deletion is processed within 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.

Option 2 β€” Submit a Deletion Request

If you cannot access the app, submit a request here. Data will be deleted within 14–30 days of verification.

By submitting, you confirm you are the account owner. False requests may result in permanent suspension.
