Delete Your Account

We are sorry to see you go. Before you proceed, please understand what account deletion means.

What You Will Lose

  • ✗Your profile, username, and all personal data will be permanently erased.
  • ✗All Vio-Gems (purchased coins) in your wallet will be forfeited. They are non-refundable.
  • ✗Your live stream history, posts, and moments will be deleted.
  • ✗Your followers and following lists will be removed.
  • ✗Any active VIP subscription benefits will immediately end.
  • ✗If you are a host, pending earnings will be processed before deletion; please ensure your bank details are correct.

Option 1 — Delete via App (Recommended)

⚙️ Open App Settings

Launch the Fuvio app on your mobile device and tap your profile avatar in the bottom navigation.

👤 Go to Account Settings

Tap the gear (⚙️) icon in the top-right corner, then select "Account" from the settings menu.

🗑️ Find "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom of the Account settings page. Tap "Delete Account" (shown in red).

✅ Confirm Deletion

Read the warning carefully. You will be asked to enter your password and confirm by typing "DELETE". Your account will be scheduled for deletion within 72 hours.

⚡ In-app deletion is processed within 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.

Option 2 — Submit a Deletion Request

If you cannot access the app, submit a request here. Data will be deleted within 14–30 days of verification.

By submitting, you confirm you are the account owner. False requests may result in permanent suspension.
