How do I join a family or agency? What is the difference?

Family = social community (casual, friendship-focused). Agency = professional host organization (earnings-focused, requires host verification).

To join a Family: Me tab → Family → Browse Families → pick one → tap "Apply to Join". Some families are open (instant join), others require the owner's approval.

Families have milestone tasks. When your family reaches a milestone, a reward is shared among its members — each member can receive each milestone reward only once. A family never shares its members' earnings.

To join an Agency (hosts only): An agency sends you an invitation and you accept it yourself inside the Fuvio app — nobody can add you without your consent. You can also enter an agency's code when you apply to become a host.

Joining an agency never reduces your earnings: you still earn up to 70% of eligible gifts and paid calls. The agency's 5-15% monthly bonus is paid separately by Fuvio on top — it is never taken from you.

You can only be in ONE family and ONE agency at a time. To leave a family, go to the family settings → "Leave". To move out of an agency, you send a transfer request from your agency dashboard; the agency reviews it, a cooldown applies, and Fuvio can step in if there is a dispute.
