How do I join a family or agency? What is the difference?

Family = social community (casual, friendship-focused). Agency = professional host organization (earnings-focused, requires host verification).

To join a Family: Me tab → Family → Browse Families → pick one → tap "Apply to Join". Some families are open (instant join), others require the owner''s approval.

To join an Agency (hosts only): Me tab → Agency → Browse Agencies → apply. Agency owner must approve. Once in an agency you earn as normal but 5% of your gift/call earnings go to the agency owner automatically.

You can only be in ONE family and ONE agency at a time. To leave, go to the family/agency settings → "Leave" button. You can join another one 7 days after leaving.
