I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Step 1: On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" under the password field. Step 2: Choose how to verify: phone number OR email (whichever you registered with). Step 3: Enter it and tap Send OTP. Step 4: You will receive a 6-digit code within 30 seconds. Check your SMS inbox or email (also look in spam folder for emails). Step 5: Enter the OTP in the app. If correct, a new screen lets you set a new password (at least 8 characters, mix of letters + numbers). Step 6: Log in with the new password.

Not receiving the OTP? • Wait 60 seconds then tap "Resend OTP". • Make sure the phone number is correct including country code. • Check your spam/junk folder for emails. • If you changed phone numbers and cannot access the old one, submit feedback with "Lost access" + ID proof.
