What is the difference between paid Vio-Gems and free coins?

Your wallet has 3 balances, each behaves differently:

1. Vio-Gems (💎 paid) — you bought these with real money. You can spend them on gifts, calls, paid and locked rooms, paid Party seats, store items, VIP/SVIP and games. They count toward your "Wealth Level" and ranking. They can never be withdrawn.

2. Free Vio-Gems (🪙 free coins) — you got these from daily check-in, tasks, referrals, the Lucky Wheel, events, welcome gift, Task Center, etc. You can use them for gifts, the Lucky Wheel and store/VIP cosmetics. You CANNOT use them for paid or locked rooms, per-minute rooms, paid Party seats, 1-on-1 calls or games. A gift paid with Free Vio-Gems gives the host 0 earnings and no level XP. When you send a gift, Fuvio uses your paid Vio-Gems first; Free Vio-Gems are used only when your paid balance cannot cover the gift. They can never be withdrawn.

3. Vios (🌟 host earnings) — only hosts have these. They come from paid gifts, paid call minutes and Secret Album unlocks. Vios can be withdrawn as real money (15,000 Vios = $1) after KYC, but cannot be spent on gifts.

The Vio-Gems display at the top of your wallet shows your free and paid Vio-Gems combined for spending convenience. If you have play-only game credit, it can be used in games only.
