What is the First Recharge Bonus and can I claim it twice?

The First Recharge Bonus is a one-time bonus on your very first purchase.

What you get: • An avatar frame, an entrance and a ride, each for 7 days — on your first purchase of any pack • + 1,000 bonus Vio-Gems if that first purchase is the $1 Starter pack (10,000 Vio-Gems) • Every pack's normal bonus Vio-Gems as usual

It also applies when your first top-up comes from an official Fuvio coin dealer.

The bonus is added automatically when the recharge completes.

Can you claim it twice? No. It counts once per account. Creating a new account to claim it again is a ban-worthy offense. If you have never claimed it but did not receive it, submit feedback with "First recharge bonus missing" as the subject.
