What are Vio-Gems and Vios? Are they the same thing?

No — they are two different currencies.

• Vio-Gems (💎) = what USERS buy with real money and spend on gifts, calls, VIP/SVIP, store items and games. Base rate: $1 USD = 10,000 Vio-Gems. Vio-Gems can NEVER be withdrawn. • Vios (🌟) = what HOSTS earn: 70% of paid gifts, paid 1-on-1 calls and Secret Album unlocks. Only Vios can be withdrawn as real money: 15,000 Vios = $1 USD (10,000 Vios ≈ $0.67).

Also: Free Vio-Gems (free coins) — bonus coins you get from daily check-in, the Task Center, referrals, the Lucky Wheel and events. You can use them for gifts, the Lucky Wheel and store/VIP cosmetics, but NOT for paid or locked rooms, per-minute rooms, paid Party seats, 1-on-1 calls or games. A gift paid with Free Vio-Gems still plays, but gives the host no Vios and no level XP. Free Vio-Gems can never be withdrawn.

Game winnings and play-only credit are for in-app play only — they can never be withdrawn or converted to cash.
