Step 1: Start your livestream (Go Live from the + button). Step 2: Once live, tap the "Guests" icon in the bottom toolbar (looks like 2 people). Step 3: Choose the grid layout — 4, 6, or 9 seats. Step 4: Tap any empty seat → choose "Invite from viewers" (picks from people currently watching) or "Invite from friends". Step 5: The invited user gets a popup — if they accept, their camera + mic turn on and they appear in the grid.

You can mute any guest, change their seat, or kick them using the action sheet (tap their seat → choose action). Guest streams earn gifts normally; the gift goes to whichever person it was sent to.
